Each apartment includes one underground, heated parking stall at no additional monthly charge. Additional tenant surface parking is available at no cost. Guest parking is available on the street.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Cats and dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per apartment and a 50-pound limit per pet. Aggressive breeds are not permitted; contact Prima Property Management for the current restricted-breed list. Monthly pet rent is $50 per dog and $35 per cat, with a $100 deposit per pet.
What are the application requirements?
Rental screening generally requires a credit score of 625 or higher, no evictions within the past five years, and a criminal background check. The application fee is $25 per applicant. Additional information or documentation may be requested during screening.
